Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for up to a 95% refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be requested within 90 days of the purchase date. All refunded items must be in unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@winlinkcareer.com with the subject line Refund Request – [Package Title], and customer service will begin the process of your return. Exceptions to returns and refunds are noted below REFUNDS and EXCEPTIONS.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return request and inspecting the case of your item, we will process your request. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to begin processing your return.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned

  • • Internship and full-time placement Packages for which the placement and consultation services have already been provided in part or in full

Please note

  • • Partial refunds will be allowed for Unsuccessful Candidates who paid for any Package
  • • Partial refunds will consider the services ("Services") that have already been performed on behalf of the Student and will not exceed the paid cost of Package minus the cost of Services minus a $200 administrative fee
